HOMEGROWN IN EAST AUSTIN
We started growing vegetables in our Holly Street backyard in 2004. Our goal is to provide the Austin community with the best quality locally grown, organic vegetables possible. You may enjoy our produce by joining our CSA or by visiting us at any of the farmers markets around Austin, at local organic grocers as well as most top restaurants.
CSA Refund Policy
In the CSA model, members are seen as active farm partners, sharing the risks and rewards of the harvest. Should you choose to cancel your subscription, we cannot offer a refund. The CSA partnership sustains our farm, individual members, and the community at large. Given this no-refund policy, we advise that new members initially sign up for a trial 4-week membership before committing to a longer subscription. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding our refund policy.
Returns and Shipping for non-food items, such as shirts and totes
Returns:
The item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
You must return the item within 30 days of purchase.

2. Please include in your package a copy of the original receipt.
Shipping:
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 12pm.
We use USPS to deliver our orders.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
